Privacy Policy
What this site collects, why, and what happens to it. Written to be read rather than to be technically survivable, so it is short.
What the website collects
These public pages are informational. Reading them does not require an account and does not ask you for anything. Our web server keeps ordinary request logs, which is how any website works: the requesting address, the page asked for, the time, the browser string. Those logs exist to keep the site running and secure, and they are kept only as long as that needs.
We set no advertising cookies of our own and run no cross-site tracking on these pages. If a measurement tool is added later, this page will say so before it goes live.
What your account holds
An account is separate from browsing this site. When you register, we hold the details you provide and the details needed to verify them: your name, date of birth and mobile number, and the record of your account activity. That information exists to run the account, to confirm you are over 18, to meet legal and regulatory obligations, and to protect the account from someone else using it.
We do not sell personal information.
Payment details
Money movements are handled through payment providers. Full card or bank credentials are handled by the provider rather than stored by us in a form we could reuse. Nobody here, and nobody claiming to be here, ever needs your UPI PIN or a one-time code.
Your choices
- See what we hold. Ask, from the registered address or number, and we will tell you.
- Correct it. Details that were entered wrongly at sign-up can be corrected.
- Close the account. Ask and we will close it. Some records have to be kept afterwards where law or regulation requires it, and that retention is limited to what is required.
- Take a break instead. A cooling-off period is available without closing anything. See responsible gaming.
Children
This platform is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly hold information about anyone under 18, and an account that fails age verification is closed. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and it will be shut down.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the change goes on this page. Questions go to [email protected].
