Terms and Conditions
The terms you accept by using this site and by holding an account. Plain language, and the parts that actually matter first.
Age and eligibility
This platform is for adults aged 18 and over. Registering means you confirm you are 18 or older, that the details you gave are true, and that you are the only person using the account. Accounts that fail age verification are closed and any age-related restriction on them is not negotiable.
Where you live
The Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 prohibits online real-money games throughout India, in force from 1 May 2026. The prohibition covers games of skill as well as games of chance, and extends to advertising, promoting and facilitating such games and to processing payments for them. Esports and online social games are expressly permitted and are registered and classified by the Online Gaming Authority.
Establishing your own position, and complying with it, is your responsibility. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and nothing here should be read as a statement that any particular game is lawful for you to play for money.
Your account
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts may be closed.
- The details on it must be accurate and kept up to date, and must match the identification used at verification.
- Keep your password to yourself. Activity from your account is treated as yours, which is why sharing access is a bad idea rather than merely discouraged.
- Accounts may be suspended or closed where there is fraud, manipulation of games or offers, or a breach of these terms.
Play and outcomes
Game outcomes are determined by chance, and each round stands on its own. No result is owed to you by a previous one. Results are final once settled, and we do not reverse a settled game, a completed draw or a concluded event because of how it went.
Where a genuine technical fault affects a round, it is corrected: a fault is not a result. That is not the same as a result you did not want.
Money
Deposits and withdrawals run through the payment options shown in your account, in Indian rupees. Withdrawals may require verification to be complete before they are processed, and that requirement exists to keep an account's money with the person it belongs to.
Play only with money you can afford to lose. Deposit and time limits are available in the account, and we suggest setting them on day one.
Promotions
Every offer carries its own terms, and those terms are the authority on it. Where they conflict with anything written more loosely elsewhere, the offer's own terms apply. Offers may be withdrawn or changed, and abuse of an offer may cost you the offer and the account.
This site's content
The text, the artwork and the layout here are ours. The artwork is generated by scripts kept with the site and is original. You are welcome to link to any page. Copying a page wholesale and passing it off as your own is not on.
Limits of responsibility
We keep the platform running and correct faults, but we cannot promise an uninterrupted service: connections drop, devices fail and maintenance happens. We are not responsible for losses caused by someone else using your account because your credentials were shared or left signed in.
Changes and contact
These terms change from time to time, and the current version is the one on this page. Questions go to [email protected]. If your playing has stopped feeling like a choice, responsible gaming lists free help, including Tele-MANAS on 14416.
