Responsible Gaming
This page has no sign-up button on it, on purpose. If you are reading it because something about your own playing is bothering you, that instinct is worth trusting, and the useful information is below rather than after a sales pitch.
Free help in India, right now
Tele-MANAS: 14416. A free, confidential mental-health helpline run by the Government of India. It is available around the clock, in multiple languages, and you do not need a diagnosis, a referral or a reason that sounds serious enough. Calling it costs nothing.
If you would rather talk to someone who knows you, tell one person. Problem gambling survives on secrecy more than on anything else, and saying it out loud to a single friend or family member takes most of its power away.
The honest arithmetic
Every game here is built so that, over enough rounds, the platform keeps a share of what is staked. That is how the category works. It means most players lose money over time, and no system, pattern or run of luck changes the underlying maths.
A game is never due. A near miss is a loss. A long losing streak does not make the next round more likely to pay. These are not warnings we are obliged to print, they are the actual mechanics, and believing otherwise is what costs people the most.
Limits, set while you are calm
- A deposit limit. The most effective single control, because it caps the damage regardless of what happens in a session.
- A time limit. Easier to keep than a money limit, because you can watch a clock.
- A decision made in advance. Set both before you play, not during. Nobody sets a sensible limit mid-session.
- A break, or a full stop. You can take time out from the account, or close it. Ask support if you want either.
Limits are in the account settings, next to the games rather than buried. Lowering one takes effect immediately.
Warning signs
Any one of these on its own is worth a pause. More than one together is worth acting on today.
- Playing to win back what you lost. This is the most dangerous single habit in gambling, and it is the one that feels most reasonable at the time.
- Staking money set aside for something else: rent, bills, food, school fees, someone else's money.
- Borrowing to play, or selling something to play.
- Hiding how much or how often you play from people close to you.
- Playing longer or larger than you planned, regularly.
- Feeling restless, low or irritable when you are not playing.
- Having stopped enjoying it, and still playing.
If you are chasing losses right now, stop for today. Not after one more round. Close the app, and set a deposit limit before you open it again. Nothing good is on the other side of that next round, and the maths above is why.
Practical steps that work
- Set a deposit limit today. Low enough that hitting it would not matter.
- Remove the shortcuts. Take the app off the home screen, remove saved payment details, and stop the account staying signed in.
- Tell one person. Secrecy is what lets this grow quietly.
- Call 14416. Free, confidential, and no situation is too small to call about.
- Ask us for a break. A cooling-off period or a full account closure, through contact. We will not try to talk you out of it.
Under 18
This platform is for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts that fail age verification are closed, and a parent or guardian who finds an account belonging to someone under 18 should contact us so it can be shut down.
